Vacant Position : Production Manager / Pharmaceutical Industries Company Job Objective & Responsibilities - Contribute to set strategies, policies and goals for the department and the directorate. - Implementing and developing short and medium term work plans and setting programs that achieve the department's goals. - Providing suggestions and advice regarding developing the business strategically and those related to various decisions and action plans. - Monitor the overall performance of the department compared to the results and targets previously set in order to ensure that the performance is in the required direction and that preventive and corrective actions are implemented in this regard. - Setting the required budget and monitoring the expenses and financial performance of the department in coordination with the director of financial management. Education - Holding Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, pharmacy or equivalent. Experience - Min 10 years of experience, including at least two years in a supervisory position (managerial position).
