Coordinator for the Senior Management Team (Nationals Only)

The Opportunity
Support the RO SMT to better serve Country Offices (COs) to deliver for children and will:
a. Coordinate, manage and execute a clear set of tasks for and on behalf of the RO SMT
b. Act as the RO focal point for RO SMT with respect to RO, COs, Centre and Member staff 
In order to be successful you will bring/have:
* Results orientated and driven
* Self-starter, outgoing and engaging
* Previous experience in coordinating and supporting multi-disciplinary teams
* Powerful communicator with well-developed interpersonal skills
* Strong team player able to work well within a team and deliver to a high level in a busy and demanding environment
* Experienced working cross-culturally and remotely
* Experienced in delivering within tight timescales
* Flexible, able to travel as necessary
* Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English), proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and planning skills
* A high level of IT literacy, including troubleshooting and utilisation of projectors and videos.
* Strong technical aptitude in MS Office
* Commitment to Save the Children's mission
