Duties and Other IT experience:
Installing configuring and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP (Windows Server2012 R2).
Designing and implementing group policies and system policies.
Creating and maintaining user accounts.
Installing and configuring SQL Server.
Troubleshooting hardware and software queries.
Setting up network printers, creating e-mail accounts, installing extra hardware where required.
Proven experience in SQL server database
Prepare user manuals.
Prepare technical documentations.
* Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or any relevant field
- 2-4 Years of Experience
- Technological knowledge
- ERP Knowledge
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Technological Skill
