1- Needed a Pet Shop Manager

Responsibilities:
Managers of pet stores are responsible for managing all day-to-day duties that ensure the smooth operation of a retail store.
1- Staffing: Managers are involved with a variety of tasks including hiring new staff and providing sales training.
2- Stock management: Store managers must merchandise products, oversee and execute inventory control,
3- Customer service: Maintain and monitor high standards for customer service.
4- Financial management: Create financial budgets to manage costs,


Qualifications:
1- Bachelor's degree: preferably in business management, marketing, or a closely related field of study.
2- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience (preferably in a managerial or supervisory role). Good working knowledge of the pet product industry also helps.
3- Must be familiar with human resources policies, budgeting, and financial planning, merchandising, computer-based technology, animal care, scheduling, and facility maintenance.
4- English is a must for this career.

1- Decision-making: can make the right decisions quickly.
2- Communication and interpersonal skills: must be able to communicate effectively and positively with both personnel and customers.
3- Customer service skills set the tone for the rest of the employees, and providing good customer service will keep customers returning to shop. The manager must also have the ability to resolve any conflicts.
4- Dependability: must be able to keep commitments to come into work and take care of all necessary tasks.
5- Leadership: must be a good leader that can motivate the staff to do their best job, and also possess the ability to delegate responsibilities to other store workers.

Work Environment :
Pet shop managers spend their working hours inside the pet store.

Work Schedule :
The store manager position is typically a full-time position. The job may require extra hours if the store is short-staffed. It may be necessary for Pet shop managers to work long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Managers must also be on call if any emergencies arise that involve the staff, or the store itself because the manager has ultimate respond.

2- Needed a Pet Shop Assistant

Responsibilities:
Assistants, from entry-level, are involved in the daily keep up of a pet store.
1- Sell pet supplies including food, care products, toys, and carriers.
2- Working with customers, answering questions and offering animal care advice.
3- Keeping the store clean.
4- Stock shelves, order products from distributors, and maintain records on products.
5- Serving customers and having other retail duties including for lifting and unloading deliveries.
6- Handling cash and credit/debit card payments.

Qualifications and Skills:
1- Minimum of 1-year experience in Pet shop Assistant or relevant subject.
2- English would be really useful for this career.
3- You can also become a Pet Shop Assistant with A levels by having at least one A level in a relevant subject such as biology, nutrition, and animal care will help to stand out from the crowd.
