يعلن مركز الحسين للسرطان في الاردن عن حاجته الى :


Education and Training Coordinator


Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Serves as a primary point of contact and liaison for the Chairman on day-to-day operational and administrative issues.
  2. Organizes and facilitates meetings and special events; schedules and coordinates dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities; takes minutes, and provides administrative support and follow up on matters arising from meetings.
  3. Composes and prepares written documentation and correspondence for the office; screens and evaluates incoming and outgoing correspondence and prepares responses as appropriate.
  4. Provides office support for the Education and Training Academy, which includes screening and handling telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and dealing with administrative issues and inquiries as they arise along with handling the supplies needed for the Academy and its units
  5. Serving on relevant institutional committees where academic affairs representation is needed
  6. Taking meeting minutes, conducting presentations for marketing purposes and assisting in the development of Marketing Material, when needed

Education & Professional Experience (essential minimum requirement):
  1. BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
  2. 2 years of related experience
  3. Expert in English and Arabic is required.
  4. Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook).
