We are hiring " IT Administrator"
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have at least with the following:
• Microsoft Windows Operating Systems XP,7,8,10 and Windows Server 2003 / 2008 / 2012 / 2016
• MS SQL Server
• Antiviruses and Firewalls
• Knowledge with ERP systems
• Network installing, Tracing and troubleshooting
• Linux OS is preferred
• CCNA is plus
• Virtualizing environrnent (Hyper-V, VMware, KVM)
Responsibilities:
• Maintain, monitor, install and repair windows server and client
• Network configuration and installation wired and wireless
• Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems.
• Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
• Provide advice and assistance to users on the usage of simple functional features of software and hardware peripherals.
• Required to perform basic administrative support.
• Perform service request related to client platforms.
• Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties.
• Involve in client platform implementation/upgrade project.
