What
Supporting the implementation of commercial functions monthly and yearly plans, by providing assistance and support for those entities in shaping a well-rounded and clear requirement that can be implemented by technical teams (IT and network), in addition to setting and analyzing the requirements & service specifications for new services and platforms.How
You will be responsible for:-
- Participating in analyzing concepts produced by Commercial functions, to identify new products, services or processes requirements, in order to complete the product development life cycle from providing do-ability, prepare proper documentation and following up till the product reach the ready to go stage.
- Contributing, Simplify and develop requirement specifications as per the levels of the standard templates and using a well organized language.
- Facilitate the communication between different functions in the company by acting as a liaison between the various business units of the company, technology teams or units and the support teams.

WHAT
Leading the marketing strategy planning and budgeting activities for the marketing and Business Development departments ensuring to achieve Zain’s overall objectives, managing, guiding and supporting the team in preparing periodic reports, conducting research and analysis activities that covers various commercial functions, and reviewing the prepared reports, in addition to managing and maintain the relationship between the marketing department and external entities such as consultants and research service providers.HOW
You will be responsible for :-
- Managing the marketing strategy planning with other related parties ensuring the achievement of Zain’s overall objectives, and developing yearly budget for marketing and business development departments, and making sure of alignment with corporate budget.
- Overseeing and monitoring the process of conducting research studies and preparing reports to fulfill the needs of marketing, business development and other departments, which include market share and value share analysis, international network analysis, consumer behaviors, revenue forecasting, product positioning and pricing, trends, new products and services developed by international counterparts in the telecommunication sector, and others.
- Managing the process of preparing, tracking, monitoring, and identifying trends in daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly dashboards for marketing and commercial functions.
- Directing and supporting the team in understanding and analyzing developed concepts, studying the financial impact of potential products and developing comprehensive business cases/ models as part of the roadmap development.
- Providing marketing and business development functions with advice and recommendations regarding appropriate and profitable pricing of their products, services, and offers.
- Supervising and supporting the team in preparing reports that fulfill the data requirements of the management, Group and Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (TRC).

- Ensuring that instructions, circulars and organizational and operational decisions are followed and applied.
- Ensuring that work activities are carried out according to the pre-set performance goals, and suggesting any necessary actions to the direct supervisor.
- Participating in setting the Function’s budget, in addition to monitoring and controlling the expenditure in coordination with the Finance Function.
Administrative Part:
- Conducting periodic meetings with direct reports to ensure that priorities are clear and workflow is running smoothly.
- Preparing periodic reports with respect to the function’s activities and achievements.
- Ensuring manpower requirements are met according to specified manpower plans.
- Appraising direct reports’ performance according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices.
- Satisfying the direct reports’ training needs and evaluating the outcomes of training courses and making changes as and when needed.
- Approving direct reports’ administrative affairs such as: vacations, leaves…etc.
- Nominating a deputy to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever the need arises.
WHAT DO I NEED?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- You shall have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred to have experience in the Telecommunications field.

3- ZAIN6590 - Enterprise Product Owners Team Member – SME
What
Assisting in developing and implementing marketing plans for the SME market, that aim at customer acquisition, and value extraction for corporate products in the assigned segment (Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband, cloud solutions and others), through conducting market and competitor intelligence activities, researching potential products and services based on international trends and innovative services, and designing concept papers and marketing communications material to translate ideas to concerned parties.
How
You will be responsible for:-
- Performing market and competitor intelligence activities directed towards the SME and SOHO Market as well as forecasting analysis, collecting data about this market segment preferences, demands and penetration strategies, in addition to researching and analyzing competitors’ products, services and offers to understand Zain’s position related to the Enterprise marketing segment.
- Researching and acquiring insights about new products, services and offers that can service the needs and boost acquisition for SME sector potential products based on international trends and innovative services
- Providing sales and customer care with support, training, and direction in matters regarding the Zain’s business marketing products and services.
- Supporting in contacting, visiting clients, partners and soliciting feedback about project’s performance, results, issues, and concerns, and accordingly communicate client’s feedback with all concerned functions/ departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Capability of building campaigns for to sell and cross-sell existing services and lead generation campaigns.
- Assisting in the communication material / advertisement requirements to MARCOM team for SME and SOHO segment and dedicated products and services, in addition to selection of advertisement, media channels, and material.
- Monitoring the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) periodically, and developing periodic reports which include KPI results, sales, revenue, churn, gap analysis for targets and result, highlighting risks and opportunities and building plans accordingly.
- Following up and finalizing agreements with services and sales partners with commercial input.
- Soliciting customer feedback and requirements in SME segment from touch points; customer care, simulation and sales departments, as well as other external sources, and subsequently utilizing customer’s feedback in improving products and service levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in preparing financial business models for new products which include the analysis of financial aspects such as breakeven points, expected revenue, marketing costs and others, in collaboration with the Pricing & Business Intelligence function.
- Building, calculating and evaluating commission structure for SME sales force.
- Assisting in developing concepts for new products, services and offers’ initiatives, which include a description of its characteristics and requirements, and subsequently communicating them to concerned parties.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
