A Start-up company in Amman are looking for a female Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Salary : 250 JOD / month - increment after 3 months of probation period
Office location: Al-Kilo Circle - Madinah AlMunawarah Str., Amman
Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
· Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Required Experience: Fresh Graduate
Requirements
· Customer service attitude
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Professional attitude, appearance and presentable
· Good communication skills
Office Hours: Sat. 10 am – 3 pm , Sun. – Thurs. 9 am – 5 pm
