تعلن شركة التبغ الدولية اليابانية في الاردن عن حاجتها الى :

1- Marketing Administrator

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for assisting the marketing department in managing administrative operations.

Tasks
  • Monitor and follow up on the spending under the marketing budget, and report on deviation accoridngly. Consolidate the related financial reporting and perform updates on daily/ monthly basis.
  • SAP and local PR processing: Handle PR process based on Marketing budget and follow up on the validation’ process from PO reception and confirmation of the order, to service/ goods delivery.
  • Manage the Marketing material stock and ensure the adherence to the pre-set procedures and update the inventory report.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing contracts.
Qualifications
  • University degree in business or a relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in Administration support
  • Expert skills in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Budget and cost analysis experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent Follow-up skills


2- Merchandising Supervisor

  • Identify merchandising needs across the country and work with PPO on providing the identified needs
  • Assessment of new display production companies and new type of displays, development of new type and models of displays
  • Assessment of new printing companies and new type of merchandising materials
  • Identifying give-away needs with brand managers and sales team and work with PPO on poviding the identified needs
  • Creating, owning and monitoring the merchandising investment in Key Account and Trade channels together with the Sales Team
  • Allocation, transfer and coordination of all mercahndising materials across regions in coordination with the Sales Team
  • Measure display unit efficiency in coordination with Sales Team and take action to maximize the efficiency of all units
  • Own the development and implementation of Planogramming according to trade needs
  • Work together with Sales Team on efficiency of Flagship outlets esp during contract renewals and new flagship outlet contracts
  • Functional Needs
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good communication skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
