Affiliate Marketing Account Manager
As an account Manager, it's expected that he/she will be responsable about creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new opportunities.
3. Maintain a strong relationship with the advertisers performance management team.
4.Serve as a trusted adviser and collaborator in handling client objections and all complex issues that cannot be solved by account teams.

Consulting:
1. Manage client relationships and develop a deep understanding of advertiser's corporate and marketing objectives to develop affiliate marketing strategies that deliver high impact results. Coach clients on how to best execute the strategies we provide.
2. Supporting clients by learning their priorities, strategies, and key growth areas. proactively looked for opportunities to position yourself as their partner and advisor.3. Maintain a strong relationship with the advertisers performance management team.
4.Serve as a trusted adviser and collaborator in handling client objections and all complex issues that cannot be solved by account teams.
5. Growing AA client revenues and accurately forecast revenue growth, potential upside and risk, realizing upside and mitigating risk.
Quality Assurance:
1. Ensure client teams successfully meet advertiser objectives.
2. Ensure that affiliate activity is monitored and performance is analyzed properly3. Analyze campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI
4. Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements
Performance and Development:
1. Continually motivating affiliates to perform better
2. Keeping track of affiliate sales and paying affiliates in a timely manner3. Define platform feature and capability enhancements as a product stakeholders on behalf of advertisers.Daily operation : - Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates
Job Qualification:
- A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables.
- Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business.
- Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope and tasks.
- Handle Multiple Priorities- Aware of the digital marketing models (CPS. CPA, CPC).
- Proven account management or other relevant experience specially in the Performance Agency field.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
- Should have an eye for detail and identify the errors if any
- Ability to identify and resolve the issues on the spot to ensure that flow of work proceeds smoothly
