DIGITAL PLANNING
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for auditing and reviewing the digital media plan to ensure commercial, brand and media KPIs are met. All content of Umniah's various digital channels; in terms of updating, managing, and following up with concerned parties for content creation.
He /she is also responsible for planning and auditing SEO and SEM optimization.
THE JOB ENTAILS EXPOSURE TO:
Accountable for the accuracy, credibility and details of all gathered and published content
- Collaborates with product owners and concerned stakeholders.
- Periodically evaluates published content and conduct proper research.
- Recommend the content based on findings and market research, and work with the digital team to optimize the content format and layout.
- Follow up with designers, copywriters, product owners and other agency personnel, to ensure that the required content is delivered on time.
Support website/mobile app content creation and management
- Content categorization and structure, work with agency to re-write products/services text to ensure that content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone and ensure SEO.
- Ensure that all types of content are publish on Umniah website on time.
- Management of all creative resources and determine the proper content format for all our online communication channels.
- Build an understanding what type of content that best works for our online audience, in terms of engagement and viewership.
Handle E-Mail Marketing system and newsletter creation and management
- Create and manage Umniah email addresses database.
- Create the concept of the newsletter, manage it, publish it and monitor performance.
- Report agreed KPIs.
Measure, audit and reporting, optimization, recommendations for improvement for website, app, digital marketing campaigns with agency and teams
- Measure visibility, sharing, engagement and usability, and optimize the content accordingly.
- Monthly report for all activities and agreed KPIs.
- Setting and auditing SEO and SEM KPIs with the advertising team and reporting to ensure comprehensive digital media planning.
- Create the weekly and monthly, quarterly, yearly and campaign reports for the effectiveness of our digital media campaigns, audit objectives vs. KPIs, and recommend ways to improve results.
- Audit campaigns while they are running to ensure they are being optimized (display advertising, key word searches, etc.)
- Work with the advertising and branding teams to ensure all campaign objectives are met and ensure they are delivered seamlessly into the digital media plan.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline.
Expert level: 5 – 8 years of experience.
Knowledge Of:
- Umniah Products and Services (functionality, price, availability).
- Umniah packages (products included, price, availability).
- Media management and methodologies.
- Market Knowledge: Mobile Telecommunications industry, Consumer behavior and consumer segments.
- Web and digital technologies.
Skills Of:
- Brand Equity Management: Brand Valuation, Brand Protection
- Project Management: Project Planning/Tracking, Resource Allocation and Budgeting, Project Reporting, Issue Resolution
- Excellent command of English language speaking and writing
- Excellent command of MS office
