Receptionist

We're looking for a highly motivated and friendly receptionist to to join our lovely pet hospital family in Abdoun (PetCharm). 

Must: 

- Love animals! 

- Speak both Arabic & English.

- Excellent organizational skills.

- Punctual. 

You'll be responsible for:

- Keeping our schedules tidy.

- Keep track of callers and follow up with our doctor.

- Schedule appointments and keep our doctor informed of any changes. 

- Meet & greet walk in customers.

- Assist as needed.
