1-  Technical Support & Content Management Officer

We are seeking to recruit a Technical Support & Content Management Officer, with the following qualifications and requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or any related filed.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud program.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Ability to travel based on job requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Resolving technical issues facing customers.
  • Managing stakeholders involved in the technical support.
  • Following up initial tests with new customers.
  • Product knowledge and efficient analysis of technical issues
  • Managing and following up the services that provided to customers.
  • Building technical relationship with prospected or existing customers.
  • Monitoring accurate and correct delivery of product sold.
  • Handling projects and offering technical solutions to software related issues.
  • Install and configure of CMS Software.
  • Handling contents management using CMS software.
  • Handling problems that might face the team during projects and taking corrective and preventive actions wherever possible.
  • Keeping abreast with new technologies and techniques and studying their feasibility to be applied at projects.
  • Project progress report.


2-  Managed Services Officer

We are seeking to recruit a Managed Services Officer, with the following qualifications and requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or any related filed.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Confident and dynamic personality.
  • Ability to travel based on job requirement.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Resolving technical issues facing customers.
  • Managing stakeholders involved in the technical support.
  • Following up initial tests with new customers.
  • Product knowledge and efficient analysis of technical issues
  • Working on Photoshop drawings to edit, correct or add notes for specified materials as per required design.
  • Preparing and testing the players before installing them in the sites.
  • Testing the content before pushing it.
