GENERAL SUMMARY ABOUT THE POSITION:
This position is to assist the HR Department of implementing HR tasks including administration activities under the direct supervision of Senior Admin/HR Officer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create new personal folders for new National and International staff;
- Update Personal Folder & Personal Folder Database on a regular bases & ensure the accuracy of data;
- Follow with field to collect staff personal folders missing documents;
- Assist in the processing of employee attendance sheets into a routine
- Schedule for interviews and so screening before interviews.
- Responsible for tracking annual leave days.
- Responsible for Filling & Scanning staff documents or any HR document
- Preparing order Forms
- Filling & Scanning HR documents
- Translation of required operation materials.

- University Degree is required.
