Job Description and Requirements
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and guide the implementation of the sales strategy for the Gulf.
- Ensure the implementation of all strategies to achieve sales.
- Collection and profitability targets.
- Participating in the development of strategies and objectives of the department.
- Developing and managing the execution of short term plans for implementing the approved objectives.
- Flourishing suggestions and recommendations that would enable a more effective and efficient work flow.
- Monitoring the work flow within the department and ensuring that all preventive and corrective actions are being made promptly.
- Participating in developing the department’s budgets and managing the activities within towards achieving the set budget.
- Developing managerial and technical circulars within the department towards the achievement of the set plans and objectives.
- Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates regarding work priorities and ensuring work is flowing smoothly.
Requirements:
B.Sc. degree in Pharmacy or a related field. MBA is preferred.
10 years' experience with minimum 5 years’ experience as sales and marketing manager in the Gulf for a pharmaceuticals company.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
