Project Coordinator/Proposal Writer

Background:

Projects Coordinator
Scope of work:
The Projects Coordinator is responsible mainly for proposal writing in addition to assisting in the planning, management, coordination and distribution of tasks. The Project Coordinator’s main role is to create proposals for different clients and design presentations (not graphical but content writing) to land projects and create pitches. A Coordinator could possible also follow up with daily tasks and coordinate with different teams as well as keep a detailed track of processes when needed. The PC f ensures all work is performed according to schedule, reports on their role and ensures that all parties involved are performing according to expectations.
Requirements:
  • BA degree in Business Management, Administration, Linguistics or any related field.
  • Working experience of 2-3 years is preferable.
  • Ability to work with a scalable team and make decisions on behalf of the team.
  • Proficient analytical skills and ability to solve problems that may come up during a typical workday.
  • Able to function under high stress and short deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Arabic, able to write and speak both languages at a professional level.
  • High skill in proposal writing and presentation planning.
  • Ability to communicate well with different parties (via emails, meetings, phone, Skype, etc.)
  • Excellent internal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using different computer software/Tech Savvy
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to determine priorities, follow up and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask.
Typical work activities:
  • Write Proposals in collaboration with different departments relevant to Tarjama and affiliated sister companies.
  • Maintain communication with multiple channels and stakeholders
  • Assign and distribute work to multiple people/teams
  • Supervise and ensure tracking of assigned work
  • Provide support to projects team/s in different tasks and requirements
  • Manage and organize files/documents using storage tools when required
  • Arrange, organize and participate in meetings/events/calls
  • Assist in training team members on using multiple tools
  • Report and arrange information and data on project/s
