Executive Assistant
الوصف الوظيفي
- Create and maintain an effective filing system to manage, track, and store all communications (email, fax, courier, mail, etc..).
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Compose and disseminate letters, memo, circulars, etc. as required (includes taking shorthand dictation and transcribing).
- Manage the schedule and appointments and attend events and meetings upon request, take accurate minutes, and report accordingly.
- Organize the travel and accommodations in coordination with the Administration.
- Perform other general activities, as assigned.
- Manage, file and update all corporate documents including articles and memorandums of association, minutes of meetings (Board meetings and General Assembly meetings), resolutions, action plans and all other related activities.
