A Leading Pharmaceutical Company in Amman announcing to fill the following position:
Position : Supervisor/Sr. Supervisor - Pharmaceutical Production.
Functional Area : A Production Supervisor is the person directly responsible for drug product operations, overseeing and organizing the equipment, staff, and processes on a production floor in a manner that promotes career growth, productivity, teamwork and staff retention.
Responsibilities include: : - Direct shift operations in accordance with the production schedule, GMP and safety regulations.
- Communicate clear and objective performance expectations, and provide timely performance appraisals for direct reports.
- Approve manufacturing production documents within target timelines to enable timely product lot release.
- Collaborate with stakeholder groups such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Facilities Services, Validation, Pharmaceutical Technical Operations and Pharmaceutical R&D to ensure operational success.
- Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications : B.Sc. Degree in Pharmacy
Experience : Relevant experience in pharmaceutical production and manufacturing:
- +7 Years of relevant experience.
- +2 years in Supervisor Position.
Languages : Excellent Arabic and English language skills (written and oral).
