Customer Service

DOTS PRO (Tareq Khoury Est.) Industrial Advertising Solutions and a premium quality provider in the Advertising Industry seeks to hire Customer Service with following:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns

Provide information about products and services

Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing or payments

Review or make changes to customer accounts

Handle returns or complaints

Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

Research answers or solutions as needed

Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any related field,

At least 2 years of experience Customer Service field Industrial Advertising Solutions ,Previous Experience in Printing and Industrial Advertising is an advantage,

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to think strategically and creatively,

Strong communication skills,

Very Good Level of English (Written, Reading & Spoken),

Excellent Computer Skills,
