Job Duties:
Develop a business plan and sales strategy that ensures the attainment of company goals and profit margins agreed on.
Identify and develop new Freight Forwarding opportunities across a range of market sectors (Air, Ocean and Land Transportation).
Negotiate rates with clients to achieve more competitive pricing.
Continuously conduct market research and proactively monitor and assess competitor’s initiatives.
Job Requirements:
A minimum of six years of sales management experience in the Freight or equivalent industry.
Proven track record in selling international Air & Ocean freight services.
Strong Interpersonal skills, integrity, etiquette and relationship management skills.
Organized, detail-oriented – excellent follow-up skills are essential.
