A leading company in Amman looking to hire Senior Project Manager (Female) with the following Responsibilities and requirements:
Responsibilities:
Lead projects from requirements definition through commercialization, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments.
Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing frequent contact on project status and changes
Analyse project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
Monitor and assign resources appropriately to streamline project efficiency and maximize deliverable outputs
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans
Requirements:
Proven negotiation, issue resolution and team building skills.
Ability to identify and resolve project issues, including those related to timing, resources and funding, to prevent delays in project milestones.
Excellence in communication, stakeholder management, facilitating and managing meetings.
Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering
5+ years of experience in medical devices – Imaging devices
Able to travel outside Jordan Especially to IRAQ ,
