Aqaba Sales Assistant Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي

Scope of work: Execute & develop the Sales plan for the channel and achieve the sales volume, net revenue and share ensure the distributors market execution, select and evaluate the distributors and distribution areas within the company KPI's. Key Accountabilities:•Convert the area sales, net revenue and market development objectives to the distributor.•Guarantee the complete clarification & precise implementation for the company’s programs & policies•Review the performance Vs. the target, distribution KPI’s and take the corrective decisions if needed•Develop specific tactical action plans to leverage distributors opportunity.•Follow up and deal with JICE MT & OP / contractual customers•Provide support for the successful implementation of the basic tasks (distribution, customer store, promotion, equipment)•Maintain, inventory and follow up the company's assets•Assist the distributors in development of trade promotion and category management plans.•Manage and monitor the distributor relationship at operating level.•Ensure proper roll out and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools within distributors operation.•maintain on going market presence to ensure the understanding of the market /customers needs•Report competitive activities to the Commercial Director as and when it happens•Ensure the right volume forecast, phasing and stock monitoring.
