Position Purpose:Assists the Development Manager to prepare and compile all relevant materials for each individual project brief. Is accountable for all issues relating to the construction of new restaurant development, existing restaurants, and major remodeling projects. Monitors and coordinates the various functional groups and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and agreed standards.

- University degree in Civil Engineering with min 5 – 7 years’ experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

2- IT Supervisor
الوصف الوظيفي
We are seeking a detail-oriented, effective, and experienced IT Specialist to join our growing team. In this position, and under supervision, you will design, develop, operate and maintain information technology products related to software, hardware, databases, web resources, networks and enterprise systems.
You will also provide technical support to the business and the organization’s employees and train non-technical users on specific information systems and processes. Additionally, help to assess the effectiveness and compliance of technology resources already in use or new systems that are being implemented.Responsibilities:1. Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
2. Manage daily operations of the IT department
3. Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
4. Coordinate the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and contractors
5. Manage, develop and oversee company’s applications stack
6. Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department
7. Ensure compliance with McDonalds Jordan policies and procedures
8. Prepare estimates used by management for purposes of planning, organizing, and scheduling work
9. Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications program software
10. Provide for the implementation, configuration, deployment and support of company’s systems.
11. Recommend process improvements to ensure system reliability, scalability, security, integrity and performance.
12. Plan and complete daily assigned tasks within deadlines.
13. Assess potential risks and technical challenges and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.
14. Conduct IT related trainings to new hires, users and technical teams as needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
• Jordanian nationality only
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
• Application development / Coding is a plus (focus on ASP web design, XML, and web services)
• Industry certification is a plus (MCSE, CCNA, CISSP, etc.)
