1- Entrepreneurship Projects Manager

Project manager is a professional in the field of project management. Project managers have the responsibility of the planningand execution of a project, in any undertaking that has a defined scope, defined start and a defined finish
المهارات
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Excellent planning and follow-up skills.
• Very good knowledge related the entrepreneurship eco-system and trends in Jordan.
• Manage TTi projects related to entrepreneurship.
• Provide awareness, training and support (related to business, entrepreneurship and startups management) to TTi beneficiaries and incubatees .
• Perform basic business or ideas assessments (using different tools such as SWOT and BMC) for TTi beneficiaries.
• Recruit, cultivate and leverage a network of entrepreneurs, mentors, consultants and trainers;
• Measure, evaluate and report the impact of projects/activities delivery.
• Create and execute projects/activities plans with set KPIs.
• Identify potential partners and cultivate appropriate partnerships to meet TTi goals;
• Evaluates the effectiveness of TTi support services and recommends changes.
• Research and design new services to be provided by TTi.
• Communication coordination with all stakeholders.
• Projects status reporting for different stakeholders (including M&E).
• Develop, support and promote projects goals, including message development, social media content creation and media outreach.
• Support other teams to execute outreach plans for the assigned projects (including training and incubation activities) with set KPIs.
• Ability to travel as needed.

2- Researcher

Researcher supervises research projects and work with team members to ensure that the project remains on schedule. in addition to help in determining the goals of the research project as well as research methods and other test parameters
المهارات
• Bachelor’s degree in research, economics or related field required, Master’s preferred
• Data collection and analysis
• Formulate effective and efficient research processes
• Design surveys, questionnaires, polls etc. specific to research requirements
• Compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams
• Document, report, and present research findings to management .
• Knowledgeable in various research and testing methodologies
• Experience using statistical analysis software
• Qualitative and Quantitative data research
• Coordinate with project management team to determine research objectives.
