Work place: Amman, JORDAN with frequent travel to operational basis in Irbid, Azraq, and Madaba
Monthly Basic Salary Range: 1497 JOD
A. Specific Objectives:Represent the organization, strengthen coordination with national authorities, and ensure compliance with national requirements for Action Against Hunger’s presence and operations.
B. Main Objectives
Mission 1: Develop a network to liaise with national, regional and local authorities to represent Action Against Hunger- Establish, maintain, and enhance network with the representatives from different governmental entities
- Draft an action plan to improve the public relations of the organisation
- Ensure regular communication about the activities of the organisation towards official stakeholders
- Support the bases to liaise with the local authorities, in collaboration with the Field Coordinators
- Serve as the focal point for official communication with governmental entities
- Participate actively in working groups related to the country and government liaison workExamples of tasks:- Draft an actor mapping to identify potential leverages

Mission 3: Follow up and report on contextual events affecting the activities and positioning of Action Against Hunger- Inform the Country Director of any governmental decisions affecting aid and development issues (either on programming or security), including changes in policy as well as government leadership, and participate in the interpretation of the potential effects of such decisions and changes
- Monitor national regulations and policies applying to INGOs, including tax issues
- Ensure compliance of the organisation with administrative national framework
- Propose solutions to problems encountered with the administrative bodiesExamples of tasks:- Ensure the proper registration of Action Against Hunger bases in country and locally
- Train the different departments within Action Against Hunger Jordan on national procedures
- Inform key management staff on administrative changes and propose new facilitation processes as necessary

Mission 4: Contribute to the legality of the status of the international employees, in support to the HR Department- Understand the procedures to be followed to obtain visas, work permits, and residency for international employees

A. Specific Objectives:Define the content and organize the hygiene promotion and water management sessions for target populations. B. Main Objectives
Objective 1: Participate in developing strategies for hygiene and water management promotion:- Organize home visits and visits to the community (schools, public market, hospitals, etc. ) to identify shortcomings in terms of hygiene and use of water.
- Participate in preparing training modules for the promotion of hygiene and water management with the base manager, hygiene promotion team leader and/or the Wash head of department.
- Participate in developing teaching tools adapted to different audiences : songs, role games, meetings, training courses.
Objective 2: Train and mobilize members of the beneficiary communities:- Identify targeted partners within the communities: schools, hospitals, clinics, place of worshop, etc.

Monthly Basic Salary Range: 1052 JOD
A. Specific Objectives:
Ensure the correct planning, execution and review of the Human Resources processes involving Madaba base’s staff members and manage the related administrative aspects and support the HR Department in the management of the Human Resource and Administrative Tasks for Amman office.
The HR Admin Senior Officer is responsible to support both the Field Coordinator and the deputy HR HoD in day-to-day HR & administrative requirements, functions and general office management of the Action Against Hunger Amman & Madaba office.
B. Main Objectives According to ACF HR procedures and legal legislation: Objective 1 : Follow up administratively the base’s human resources :- Update HR database and prepare all documents and information for the payroll of the base (Amman and Madaba)
