Job Purpose
Arrange and sort products in markets by following guidance and instructions, update Sales executives with any shortages, prepare competition, pricing, and display areas
Job Requirements
- Diploma Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Merchandising
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Visit Customers by following a pre-set route
- Check shelves in terms of Planogram, expiry dates, shortages, and displays
- Check the Customer’s warehouse and transfer products to shelves, and arrange stocked products based on expiry dates and promotions
- Determine products and promotions shortages and update the responsible account executive with such.
- Prepare and submit semi-monthly report to the Direct Supervisor, to include: competition, shelves space, Shelves shares, in addition to the customer’s commitment to the signed agreements
- Coordinate with the direct Supervisor/Manager on issues related to Stands’ preparation and marketing material related to promotions
- Prepare a monthly report on sales in addition to any feedback received from Customers and consumers and submit such to the Brand Manager
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness and safety of products and shelves.
- Update the direct supervisor with any sudden changes in the Markets within responsibility
- Adhere to the Customers’ code of ethics and internal policies during working at Customers premises.
