1- Senior Corporate Customer Solutions Executive
الوصف الوظيفي
Job responsibilities include but not limited to:
a. Conduct market research on project requirements (new solutions or new product offerings)
b. Preparing briefs and summaries on research done
c. Communicate results on Solutions Center and present to concerned managers.
d. Manage the team-members and ensure on time delivery.
e. Monitor and manage progress of research projects or topics on hand
f. Gather information on latest trends and technologies
g. Constant development of whitepapers, articles, success stories, marketing material and other needed content
h. Coordinate with operation team, sales, marketing team and other stakeholders to achieve results needed
i. Analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and solutions or products needed
j. Develop new solutions or products
k. writing detailed reports and presenting results

Role and Responsibilities
• Configure and design the SuccessFactors system based on Aramex HR & Business Requirements
• Investigating, analyzing, and resolving SuccessFactors issues
• Coordinating internally and externally with stakeholders and partners to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent knowledge in different areas of Employee Central module including Time Off, Document Creation, data migration, employee profile, Role Based Permissions
• Excellent knowledge in MDF objects, business rules, alerts/notifications and reporting tools (Adhoc and ORD - Canvas)
• Knowledge in data replication from Employee Central to SAP HCM Payroll
• Experience of SuccessFactors modules including Goal Management, Performance Management and Variable Pay, Recruitment, Recruitment Marketing and Recruiting Multi Posting
• Ability to handle administrative activities related to Goal Management, Performance Management and Variable Pay
• Gather, analyze and implement the Human Resources business requirements and objectives.
• Assist with preparation of training materials as well as educating Human Resources Personnel how to utilize the various SuccessFactors modules
• Document work and walk through business processes
• Perform data loading.
• Capability of implementing all SuccessFactors modules for newly acquired companies.
• Perform periodic data maintenance for data management, RBPs, Dynamic Roles, time off activities and workflows
• Knowledge in creating and maintaining dashboards

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
• SuccessFactors Certification in Employee Central Module
• SuccessFactors Certification in Performance Management, Goals Management Module
• SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation Module
• experience in HR Systems Activities
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent understanding of multi-location laws and regulations
• Experience and understanding of HR systems related compliance.
• Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Experience of at least 2 – 4 SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Self-starter with initiative to work in a fast-paced and changing environment and is able to handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Certification in SuccessFactors EC/ PM GM modules is preferred.
