Customer Service Executive – GOC
الوصف الوظيفي
Manage the customer interaction to enhance the customer experience across different delivery channels.- Analyze customer service teams interactions with their customers Relay to customer service country recommendation to enhance the customer experience on local level
- Advise countries in relation to restructuring the customer service team to route the requests to the right responsible team
- Participate in setting the customer experience survey questionnaire
- Work with the station to prepare customer data for surveys and ensure the right sample size
- Interact regularly with the 3rd party conducting the customer experience survey to get information and provide them with needed data
- Participate in the analysis of the customer experience survey and work with the station to set the action plan
- Writing the questionnaire and customize the scenarios along with the customer service manager in the country for the mystery shopping survey
- Analyze outcome of the mystery shopping survey and coordinate with the country to set their actions.-Train the country customer service and outlet teams on systems or processes or procedures related to Customer service.
