Grant Management Assistant

Jordan Paramedic Society is as local, not-for-profit, NGO founded in Jordan in 2012 on the basis of serving, supporting, and motivating the

To qualify for this position, you will need:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree a plus, preferably in social studies, financial field with medical background or any related field.

Relevant Experience:

For Master degree holders we need 2 years’ experience as a must and for Bachelor’s degree holders we need 5 years’ experience as a must.

Skills:

Excellent writing skills .

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Referral Doctor

Jordan Paramedic Society is as local, not-for-profit, NGO founded in Jordan in 2012 on the basis of serving, supporting, and motivating the surrounding community and the MENA region.

disadvantaged and the vulnerable as well as spread
awareness on healthy living and disease prevention.

Summary:

The referral doctor will provide professional medical care to the highest quality and in accordance with national and international laws and standards. The position will be responsible for providing clinical care to the patients at selected JPS health facilities operating at the primary level of health care and secondary- tertiary care through the referral pathway conducted by JPS projects.


To qualify for this position, you will need:

Qualifications and Experience:

A certified medical doctor

1 to 2 years work experience as a medical Practitioner and to be consistent with salary scale accordingly.

Fluent in Arabic. Basic knowledge of English, have basic computer skills.

Hospital Experience is a plus.

Certificates or Licenses: Be certified to practice medicine in Jordan as a doctor and have any other the necessary certification from the government, and valid registration with Jordan medical association and maintain his/her license throughout the duration of employment with the JPS

Key Competencies:

Ability to exercise sound judgment and make clinical decisions independently

Ability to relate to and motivate local staff effectively

Have a minimum administrative background and be able to take on medical/non-medical responsibilities from time to time to cover for other team members

Committed to helping refugees and working within JPS clinic protocols.

Finance Officer

disadvantaged and the vulnerable as well as spread
awareness on healthy living and disease prevention.

Summary:

The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial, human and material resources for all JPS operations in the incumbent will contribute to the overall financial management of JPS by ensuring the security and accountability of JPS activities


To qualify for this position, you will need:

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor degree (Good and above) in either accounting, finance or economics;

At least 04 years working experience in accounting and finance, preferably in large government or non-government organizations is required. (If candidates have a doctoral or masters degree, the number of years required will be deducted.

Familiar with accounting software’s;

English reading, writing and speaking skills (highly desirable);

Previous working experience at national execution or international funded projects is an asset.

Able to carry out his/her work in an organized manner;

Able to work independently and in a team;

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills
