you will be responsible to the Budget and Finance Officer.
The main responsibilities include:
 Calculating, checking, reconciling and analyzing financial and related data for projects as
requested by the supervisor; compiling and maintaining detailed financial/budgetary data
for various projects.
 Preparing Budget Allotment and Adjustments (BAAs) to allocate contributions for projects
including various projects within programmes, support departments and emergency
appeals’ funds.
 Liaising with the staff in Headquarter departments, divisions and offices and coordinating
financial action as and when required, in respect of projects and emergency appeal funds.
 Examining and adjusting as necessary reallocation of projects budgets for successive
budgetary periods; documenting, classifying and recording budget transactions for
projects in order to compile financial budgetary information.
 Monitoring and processing the budgetary allocation for various projects, and checking
availability of funds for various documents including contract proposals, list of
requirements, purchase orders; special service agreements, service contracts, etc.
 Implementing monthly overall budgetary/expenditure control and utilization of funds per
donation within fund and per individual project within each donation.
 Preparing various reports related to projects budgets for the use of ERCD and donors;
assembling and maintaining budgetary and financial records, project proposals and
quantitative data and converting such data for use in the budgets.
 Assisting supervisor in the reviews of Budgetary Project Management Control System and
providing advice as needed.

Conditions of service
Option One: Fixed Term Appointment, Grade 14
Monthly basic salary JD 849.80. Other benefits include monthly Provident Fund contribution
(15% of basic salary paid by the Agency), compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual
leave, and dependency allowance (if applicable).
Option Two: Limited Duration Contract (LDC- Band F)
Monthly basic salary starting from JD 977.20 depending on the professional knowledge and
experience. Other benefits include compulsory medical insurance, 30 days of annual leave prerated to the duration of the contract where less than one year, and family allowance (if
applicable).
