We are looking for - an Education Recourses Team leader - a people’s person with impeccable organization skills and high ethics to lead a group of young facilitators to excellence in an educational institution.

Our Organization is a national institution registered as an NGO and works in providing informal learning experiences to children aged between 1 and 12 years old. receives 300,000 visitors annually from schools and families from all backgrounds.
About the position:
Under this position, the candidate will be reporting to the Education and Programs Manager.
The Education Recourses Team leader will oversee the process of taking the Department to the next level. This includes but is not limited to:
· To lead a team of 28 education Facilitators in their daily interaction with the visitors.
· To inspire the Facilitators to perform better by giving them constructive daily, weekly, and monthly feedback.
· To plan the Facilitators monthly shifts, Exhibit Hall and activities allocation, and monthly program training.
· To design and lead the learning plan for the Facilitators’ team in coordination with the Education and Programs Manager and Human Resources Department.
· To submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on the operations of the department related to this function.
· To report on any issues related to the exhibits and facilities to the Facilities Manager or Exhibit Development department to take necessary actions.
· To continuously work to improve the operations of animating the Exhibit Hall, delivering the activities, and running events.
· To manage the volunteers assigned as Facilitators to the Education and Programs team, and work with Human Resources Department to improve their performance.
· To deliver key projects as assigned in the annual strategic plan.
· To execute events and manage allocation of facilitators to stations in coordination with senior facilitators and program supervisors.
· To handle some visitors’ complaints when needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred, other fields of study could include business administration and human sciences.
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in a paid or volunteering leadership role.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English; spoken and written (reports).
- Excellent skills on MS Word and MS Excel.
- Great time management and delegation skills.
- A nerd with a positive attitude, an innovative mind-set, and a commitment towards the team.
