Save the Children International in Amman (Regional Office-Middle East & Eastern Europe) is hiring a “Receptionist /Front Desk, Jordan”.
The post holder should ideally have:
Job Purpose
The job purpose is the smooth and efficient running of reception area and supporting SCI MEE Regional Office staff in their communications and providing support to administration in office related matters.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Collage Diploma Educational Certificate
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the respective field
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and Arabic
Computer literate (including working knowledge of Microsoft Office) and ability to do internet based research
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and discretion with confidential information
Ability to work independently and proactively
Proven ability to handle challenging work load
