Maintenance Engineer
Qualifications and experience needed:
- B.S in electrical engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in industrial machines maintenance
- Capable of reading the electrical drawings and troubleshooting low voltage electrical systems
- Capable to lead a maintenance team and work under pressure for extended period
- Has a good knowledge in MS office
- Shall have a good command in English , both written & spoken
Primary tasks & duties:
- The candidate will be responsible for maintaining, supervising all electrical works
- Day to day supervision, direction and coordination to execute the planned and unplanned maintenance activities
- Allocate work for subordinates for work execution
- Allocate work for subordinates, check progress, execution procedure , providing instruction and advice as necessary
- Maintain records, filing document control of completed activities, in progress, planned and unplanned work
- Prepare the required materials, tools, permit prior to the work execution
- Recognizing the associated hazards to each activity and apply all safety rules and precautions to avoid any hazard to people and equipment
- Ensure implementation of latest standards, codes and practices for all maintenance activities in safe, timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinate with spare part store keeper to ensure the availability of the required parts, order when needed.
- Coordinate with Purchasing department regarding the ordered parts to assure the quality, delivery time will be within an acceptable range
- Perform any other functions(relevant to the company) assigned to him by the responsible top
